Last July, INOFU held a \u201cCook at Home\u201d contest (also known as #InofuMDC) with Masterchef Ken as the host. The competition was very fun! All participants must create 1 dish using at least one of INOFU products. Participants must post a photo of their creations on their Instagram account. The competition started from 1-15 July 2020, allowing participants from\u00a0 Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Malang, Pasuruan, Gresik, Denpasar, Bojonegoro, Solo, Madiun, Mojokerto, Jember, and Kediri to join. Masterchef Ken assessed and chose the winners by himself. For the event, INOFU had a collaboration with Esier Indonesia to give cooking utensils to the winners.<\/span><\/p>\n

We received more than 50 creative submissions from all participants. Amazing! After Masterchef Ken assessed all creations, he finally chose 3 winners based on their creations. INOFU and Esier Indonesia decided to give another prize for lucky draw winner, which was chosen randomly. Let’s see the winners of INOFU Cook at Home Challenge Season 1!<\/p>\n

First winner prize was given to Mrs. @ratnaliedj with her creation, “Tofu Chiffon Cake” using Tofu Taiwan as the ingredient. Chef Ken chose this creation as the first winner because Mrs. Ratna succeeded to use tofu to create a dessert, while other participants went for savoury creations. Such an extraordinary creation! Mrs. Ratna received Greis Set (Round Pan Fry, Dutch Oven, Stir Wok, Sauce Pan) worth Rp 690.000<\/span><\/p>\n

Second winner prize was given to Mrs. @cathleenkeyne with her creation “Rolade Tofu Oat” using Inofu Tofu Special as the ingredient. Chef Ken said it’s a very innovative idea to substitute flour with tofu and oat as the main ingredients of Rolade. Creative! Mrs. Cathleen received <\/span>Knikker Set A (Pan Fry, Dutch Oven, Sauce Pan) worth Rp 590.000<\/span><\/p>\n

Third winner prize was given to Mrs. @ivonesusilo with her creation “Twisted Satay” using Inofu Tofu Special as the ingredient. Mrs. Ivone also created an “Out of the Box” concept. She decided to substitute meat with tofu as the main ingredient of Satay. Mrs. Ivone received Klassich Pan and Spatula Set worth Rp 255.000<\/span><\/p>\n

Lucky Draw prize was given to Mrs. @juail_chan! She received a Spatula Set from Esier Indonesia. All #InofuMDC season 1 participants also got a special product package from INOFU so they didn\u2019t leave empty handed. WOWW.. INOFU Cook at Home Challenge Season 1 was full of surprises indeed!<\/span><\/p>\n
